Where is this shop based?

My shop is based in Waterford, Michigan. This is also where all orders are shipped out from. 

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. The shipping cost will depend on the final weight of your package, the destination, as well as your chosen postage type (i.e. standard or express).  You can see the shipping total during checkout before finalizing your order. 

When will my order ship out?

My current timeframe is to ship out your order within the same week it's placed, however this may change with the growth of my customer base.

How long does shipping take?

At this time, I am shipping domestically only, with the plans to add international shipping in the future. This will all depend on my customer base of course. Currently shipping domestically can take between 1-2 weeks.

 

Can I track my order?

If order tracking is available for the postage option you selected then, that will be included in your order confirmation email. However, any letter mail orders (i.e. bookmarks) will have no tracking available.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is any question or concern in regards to your order please email me at kittynpawell@gmail.com. A replacement will be sent out if lost in the mail or arrives damaged. If you decide that you would prefer a refund for the order if it never arrived instead of a replacement that can be done as well. 

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. I do not accept returns or exchanges. I will replace or refund an item if it arrives damaged.

 

Sold Out Items, will there be a preorder option? 

No, the items I sale are made to sale so there will not be a preorder option if something is sold out you will have to wait until I update my shop to see if that item will be available again. 

 

What payment types do you accept?

I accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
